assignment 8 or 9 or something

soooo sources. hmm. Alright so basically my two main sources are Goodkind and Wong-Yung. Goodkind does alotttttttt of his own research the Year of the dragon, he actually gets really frustarted alot and he has at least 4 of his own articles on the subject. Hes constantly critiquing homself because hes really the only one who looks into the topic aside from Wong-Yungs one article, which leaves me with not a whole lot left to say, which is frustating. Goodkind finds alot about statics and how the birth rate in one of the years that the tradition was said to be tradition ( if that makes sense) is somehow completely separate in ratio to their "success" as well as the number of those born in that year, compared to another tradition year. He however mainly focuses on why this tradition has occured, and really fails to mention much on not necessarily why its occuring, but wha the outcomes of these occurings have to say. Wong-Yung on the other hand has his own statics as well, however his idea of success is completely based on income. Which is good for me because then i can warp that into something and use it in my paper. Actually wait now im confused, maybe its the other way around? I'm definetely going to look into that.. uh oh haha

Distractions from this awful research paper and its hauntings

well, right meow my fancy is peanut butter and jelly. which is super original and im surprised i came back to this fantastic invention even though its so plain. I ran out of money on my meal plan due to binge buys anddd now im living off of pb and J. so far i have had about 5 sandwhiches int eh last 24 hours. Actually it hasnt even been 24 hours since i bought the necessary ingrediants. I wonder what the short adn long term effects of eating pb and j everyday all day for a while would be. Hmm i guess well find out?- possible outcome number 1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=S4YbC6OLAlo

The Year of the Dragon- ha

UGHGHGHGHGHGHGD SFGH DWRJSEKWR. hahahhahahaha... no. this is so frustrating. I have no clueee according to the conference of what im writing about specificially. WHat the hell do i have to offer on this subject? I dont know. My research question reffers to what the dragon year is and its part in the chinese 12 month zodiac cycle slash what it represents, and thennnn how these beleifs lead to the tradition of planning a childs birth directly in that year. Okay now what. What do i do from there? Soo okay, does birth plan in this year determine the overall fate of an individual in relation to the beleifs of the chinese culture? But thats already been done : ( what can i add? does anyone have any suggestions?

The Dragon Age; assignment 2

The World is a complex place, the most complex i can think of. It seems that EVERYTHING has meaning, and its overwhelming. I always find myself drowning in my curiosity about anything going on around me. Life is a scary long and confusing journey, and we're all so blindfolded. It doesn't surprise me at all that there are some people in the world who would want to have some sort of control over an aspect of their lives (referring to the cultures that take part in this tradition of child birth in The Dragon Age). Whats at stake for me? Well whats at stake for everyone? I'm so enthused about this topic because it shows me hope in myself that there are others in the world that are just as desperate for some sort of control and understanding about this places much as i am. No one ever really knows specifically why we are all the way we are, and maybe that's a part of life. But its comforting to think about the fact that even though we have no proof that the zodiacs are actually in fact reliable with information on someone, they're powerful enough to provide some sort of understating. So with this research topic, i want to explore this whole theory. Why The Dragon Age? Why would people want to plan the birth of their child? Does it work? how many kids were born in these ages outside of the actual tradition following families? Maybe there is a deeper meaning as to why The Dragon Years were placed on the part of the timeline that they were ya know? Maybe some sort of statics will hell to prove thst things happen for a reason. Wouldn't it be releiving to find something about the world and the poeple around us that is coincidencly acurate? I want to know, I NEED to know, ya know? : )

The Dragon Age

For my English 102 class, we have to write a research paper (on ANYTHING we want. Go figure i would get the chance to finally abide by my own interests and it takes me 3 weeks to make up my friggin mind. I'm so surprised at how boring i can be.) Anyway, after many MANY hours of brainstorming struggles, i finally came up with something! I have a secret obsesion with zodaic signs and how your sign says alot aboput who you are, ya know? Its easier to get to know someone, even though it can make someone seem pretty short sided and obviously there are no actual facts that this myth is true but clearly im immune to the defenses against superstition. To proceed, I somehow wound up with the reserch topic involving the chinese zodiak years (as aposed to months) and how each animal on the zodiac apparently is capable of determining a pretty specific timeline of someones life. There were ALOTTT of interests in The Dragon Age. So therefore, in China and now many other coutnries, there has been a slow but increasing amount of families that follow the new tradition of planning the birth of your child in The Dragon Age (it probobly looks kind of meaningless to have 'The Dragon Age' in caps like a title but after doing a little research it seems thats the way to reffer to it? i'll have to look into that..). More specifically, this information is important to really who ever it intruiges, but besides that mainly those who follow this tradition. Really i am attemtping to explore the outcomes of this as well as how many poeple have been participating, and why they are participating compared to whetehr or not it really makes a difference. It will bemore narrowed once i gather my sources, im sure there really aren't many but im still devoted :). well, here goes nothin..

p.s i bet everythings spelled wrong, im suchhhh a good typer..
